Michael was born in Kansas, but raised in Austin after his parents moved here when he was 6 months old. He started his internet career in the early 90s in Silicon Valley and continued until 2002. He decided to go solo for a number of years operating a successful consulting business.

In 2012, he left the tech world to pursue other interests, but eagerly awaits his return to doing what he loves for a living.

When he isn't staring blankly at his Mac, he has two rambunctious dogs that demand his attention for toy tosses, meals and the occasional bath.
